Elon Musk is one of the most innovative minds of our generation and he is constantly thinking about the future.

In today's business world, Elon Musk is a name that is synonymous with success. The founder of PayPal, Tesla Motors and SpaceX has an estimated net worth of $12.7 billion dollars and is ranked by Forbes as the 84th most powerful person in the world.

So what can we expect from the future workplace under Elon Musk?

Here are some key ideas to keep in mind, if they eventually become reality:

Career advancement will be based on merit, not tenure.

In other words, if you're good at your job and contribute to the company's success, you will be rewarded with more responsibility and opportunities for career growth.

The working environment will be fast-paced and constantly evolving.

This means that employees need to be adaptable and comfortable with change.

There will be a strong emphasis on innovation.

Employees will be expected to come up with new ideas that can help the company grow and succeed.

Elon Musk has an eccentric working style which means that employees need to be prepared for anything! From impromptu meetings to late night work sessions, anything goes in this type of workplace environment

His take at people management

He has said that "the interview process is incredibly inefficient" and that it is "a terrible way to judge someone's ability to do a job".

He believes that we need to find better ways to assess people's skills so that we can find the best employees for our companies.

Elon is all-tech with SpaceX, Tesla, and could he bring this into Twitter?

In Musk's vision of the future, there could be no more traditional interviews or resumes; instead, employers would use algorithms to assess candidates.

This would allow them to get all the information they need about a potential employee without ever meeting them in person. It could be in the future, job interviews will be a thing of the past and the workplace will be very different.

We shall wait and see.
