What is my notice period if it is not stated in the contract?

If your contract doesn't state a notice period, how much time do you have to give before quitting your job?

If your contract does not state a notice period, then you are typically expected to give the same amount of notice as your employer would have to give you if they were terminating your contract.

For example, if your employer would have to give you two weeks' notice, then you would also have to give them two weeks' notice.
